The University Club of MSU

Spa 

Experience total relaxation by booking a massage or skin care treatment through the fitness center. Each spa service includes a day pass at the fitness center and use of the personal locker room.

Dining

The newly renovated Mingle private dining restaurant at the University Club of MSU offers delectable à la carte dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in an upscale and contemporary setting. Next to Mingle is Mixx, the recently remodeled cocktail lounge, featuring more casual dining options in a modern atmosphere.

Fitness Center

Stay healthy with the fitness center’s state-of-the-art exercise area overlooking the Forest Akers golf course. The luxurious locker rooms both contain a relaxing lounge area, complementary refreshments, whirlpool and a dry and wet sauna. Hotel guests can pay a fee of 10 dollars a day for access to the fitness center.

Seasonal Activities

A heated outdoor swimming pool and lighted outdoor tennis court are available from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. During the summer months, the Maui Beach Snack Shop is the perfect choice for poolside casual dining.


Forest Akers Golf Course

West Course

Ranked in the top ten best public courses in the state, the course offers golfers 18-holes and over 7,000 yards of challenging play. Forest Akers West has also earned a four-star rating from Golf Digest magazine.

East Course

The course offers golfers a Golf Digest three-star rated 18-hole challenge. Forest Akers East is also in close proximity to the Golf Center for those looking to practice before they head out to the first tee.

Golf Center

Forest Akers’ twenty acres of practice area allow golfers to add a competitive edge to their game. The center includes a three acre bent grass practice tee, practice bunkers, target greens and a 20,000 square foot putting green. The center also features an outdoor driving range and heated and enclosed range for the off-season.

Snack Shop

After 18-holes, grab a quick meal, snack or beverage at Forest Akers Snack Shop located near the West Course.

Pro Shop

Purchase MSU novelties as well as golf necessities in the Pro Shop available on the East and West Course.
