Attending an event at the Henry Center? You may have some questions regarding your visit. Below are some frequently asked questions about our facility, and we hope that you find the answer you need.
How can I reach a conference guest or send them a fax?
Henry Center staff can reached during Business Hours at (517) 353-4350 to deliver telephone messages. Fax messages may be sent to (517) 353-0796.
Is there free internet at the Henry Center?
Yes. Our facility offers free high-speed wireless internet. To access the internet, we ask that you connect to MSUNetwireless Guest from your laptop, mobile phone or other electronic device. From there you will be prompted to agree to a statement from Michigan State University. After you click the “I Agree” button, you will be conntected to the internet. If you are unable to connect for any reason, please see one of our staff members who will be able to troubleshoot the problem for you.
Where do I park when I arrive at the Henry Center?
There is free parking outside the Henry Center. Enter off of Forest Road and park anywhere in the lot where a free space is available.
What if I have special dietary requests?
We are happy to create meals to accommodate food allergies, intolerences or other special dietary needs. Please inform the host organization or event planner of your event, and we will work with them to provide you with an appropriate meal. Our rotating menus for lunch will always offer vegetarian options.
