Webcasting Services
A webcast is a media file administered over the internet using streaming media technology. The media file may be distributed live or on-demand. Webcasting creates the ability to present information to attendees who cannot attend the event and allows the information to be recorded and reviewed at a later date. Besides the live recording, anything displayed on the screen will also be captured naturally with the presentation and shared with off-site viewers. Webcasting can efficiently increase the meeting’s attendance while decreasing the per attendee costs of a meeting.
Videoconferencing Services
A videoconference allows 2 or more locations to interact via two-way simultaneous video and audio transmissions. Videoconferencing offers groups the ability to meet and discuss with others all over the world. It reduces per attendee costs such as travel, hotel, food and allows attendees to stay in the comfort of their own office with their own readily accessible resources.
