With continuous food and beverage service provided by the University Club of MSU, your attendees will receive the nourishment needed to stay alert and be productive to achieve the goals of your event.
In a Day Meeting Package from the Henry Center, your guests can enjoy food and beverage service from the beginning until the end of the meeting.
Morning Continuous Refreshment Service
Offered from 7:00am to 11:00am
- Coffee (regular and decaf)
- Hot tea
- Hard boiled eggs
- Varieties of juice and milk
- Assortment of mini muffins
- Two selections of Danishes
- Cinnamon rolls
- Bagels and English muffins with cream cheese
- Two selections of toaster breads with butter, jelly and honey
- Assortment of yogurt with granola
- Variety of oatmeal
- Basket of whole fresh fruit
Lunch Buffet Service
(Rotating menus daily)
Offered from 11:30am to 1:30pm
- Chef’s selection of green salad
- Chef’s selection of three deli salads, including one vegetarian salad
- Three entrée selections, including one vegetarian entrée
- Chef’s selection of vegetable
- Chef’s selection of starch
- Assorted rolls and breadsticks with butter
- Two dessert selections
- Choice of beverages including coffee, tea, milk, Coca-Cola soft drinks and juice
Afternoon Continuous Refreshment Service
Offered from 1:00pm to 4:30pm
- Coffee (regular and decaf)
- Hot tea
- Coca-Cola fountain drinks
- Whole fruit
- Assortment of dry snacks
- Gourmet cookies and brownies
- Fruit and cheese tray or vegetable crudités with dips
- Ice cream treats
Additional Dining Services Available
- Hot breakfast buffet
- Dinner buffet
- Private banquet meal services
- Cocktail receptions
Your event manager will be able to assist you in adding on an extra dining service for an additional charge.
Please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements. We will be pleased to meet your needs and delight your guests.
A 22% service charge and 6% Michigan sales tax will be added to all food and beverages served.
