A Day Meeting Package from the Henry Center provides you with unlimited services for one comprehensive price. It pairs our impeccable setting with an equally impeccable package of all-inclusive services at a daily per-person price, to make planning a meeting a breeze and the outcome of the event successful. 1. Tell us the size of your group and the format of your meeting
We will work with you to select the best accommodations for the type of event. Your rate includes use of as many rooms as available and needed. The meeting space is designed for education and supported by technology in a relaxed and professional environment.
2. Tell us the technology and audiovisual requirements of your meeting
Your Day Meeting Package includes all of our audiovisual equipment available with the exception of any premium technology services such as webcasting or videoconferencing. We never charge extra for last minute additions of audiovisual equipment to a room, and our professional staff is on-site to troubleshoot should a problem arise.
3. Relax and leave the rest to us
After booking your room and communicating your audiovisual requirements, the rest of the details are easy to plan. A Day Meeting Package provides continuous refreshment services for the morning and afternoon as well as an abundant lunch buffet with a rotating menu for multiple day events. If you want to enhance your event with private meals, cocktail receptions, breakfasts, premium audiovisual support or other special services your event manager can assist you.
